Each of us is making a great investment in our son’s
education and future by sending them to MBA. While the financial commitment
is significant, we do not have to pay the entire cost of educating our
sons. You may be aware that this year the actual cost is $20,575 even
though our tuition bill is $14,575. The difference of $6,000 is supplemented
by the Annual Fund and other sources. It is obvious that without the
involvement of every parent, our tuition would be much higher.
Annual giving is an essential part of bridging the financial gap which
provides the margin for excellence that gives us outstanding people (teachers,
coaches and staff), outstanding programs that lead boys on a journey
of discovery, and an outstanding sense of place with state-of-the-art
facilities.
The phrase “gentleman, scholar and athlete” is not just
a meaningless slogan. It represents truth to us when we realize our son’s
experience at MBA consists of the balance, excellence, and a once in
a lifetime educational opportunity second to none.
Help us maintain this high quality by reaching our goal for the 2004-2005
Annual Fund Campaign through our “100+” formula: 100% parent
participation with every family increasing their gift by 10% or more.
Your generous expressions of support are deeply appreciated.
