  • Congratulations to MBA’s theater troupe for receiving 5 stars (out of 5!) at the International “Fringe” Theater Festival in Edinburgh, Scotland.
  • A group of MBA students comprised of Harrison Brown, Grant Gardner, Nick Heyden, Jack Hudson, Alex McGuffey, and Patrick Mehta formed a team to compete in the Youth About Business Camp at Vanderbilt in June. The MBA team won their camp session and went to New York (all expenses paid by the camp) to compete against the Nashville students and students from the Columbia University program in a national competition. While in New York, the team made a trip to Wall Street for lunch at Goldman Sachs and worked with various New York business people to hone their skills. In November there will be a banquet and the national winner will be announced.
  • MBA varsity football games are on the radio, in stereo on 104.5/The Zone and on SportRadio560 WNSR. Both stations have audio streams on the web. Check MBA's online Varsity Game Schedule for correct date, time and station.
  • Looking to expand your family's view of the world? Like to spend some time with a teenager who finds you and your family fascinating? The Exchange Host Family Support committee of the Mothers Club is looking for MBA families interested in entertaining students visiting from Germany, South Africa, Australia and the United Kingdom. Outings such as dinner, a sporting event, a play or concert or a short trip out of town provide these visitors with a taste of America they will never forget. A win-win situation for all involved! Used Book Sale

  • Do you need an excuse to clean out dusty bookshelves and recycle some books that you no longer need? Look no further! Start clearing out your shelves for a Used Book Sale to be held at the MBA Fall Carnival on Sept. 16.
  • What: Used Book Sale sponsored by MBA Freshman Class and Library
  • When: Friday, Sept. 16 during the MBA Fall Carnival 5:00 pm-7:00 pm
  • Where: Davis Quadrangle
  • How: Books will be collected from 7:20 am-7:45 am the week of Sept. 12-16 at the drop off area in front of the MBA Gym . All students will get sacks with information about the Book Sale during Advisee meetings the week of Sept. 6. (Donations of "gently used" children's and adult paperback and hardback books are sought. Please no textbooks.)
  • Why: Profits will benefit MBA's Freshman Class and the Patrick Wilson Library. This will be an enjoyable way to promote both reading and recycling for the MBA community!

MBA Welcomes Louisiana Students:

Zac Crawford is somewhat of a Nashville native. He graduated from Oak Hill School before moving to New Orleans and attending both Trinity Episcopal and Isidore Newman, and now he joins our MBA 10th grade class. Zac runs both cross country and track. We welcome both Zac and his mother, Candace, to MBA.
Eli Gay comes to us from Metairie Park Country Day School as an 11th grader. He is the principal cellist for the New Orleans Youth Orchestra and also plays in the All State Orchestra. Eli enjoys cross country and playing tennis. We are happy to welcome Eli and his parents, Terry and Charlie, to Nashville and MBA.
Carson Potter previously attended Metairie Park Country Day School in New Orleans from kindergarten to his current 8th grade. He enjoys cross country, track, basketball, and soccer. We welcome Carson, his sister Lindsay, and parents, Trish and Tom, to our MBA community.
Ian Preston is entering MBA as a 9th grader. He graduated from Trinity Episcopal School and spent one week at Jesuit High School before leaving New Orleans for Nashville. Ian enjoys soccer and tennis. We are glad to have Ian, his younger brother Parrish, and his parents, Lisa and Bob, with us.
Chris Peller is a 12th grader coming from Isidore Newman School. He enjoys baseball and many other sports. Chris is first cousins with Jamie Cooper, who is a newly enrolled 9th grader at MBA. We welcome his parents, Mary and Steve, as well.
Max Webster is a 10th grader coming to MBA from Isidore Newman. At Newman, Max started the Young Democrats and served as its president. He is interested in writing and producing films, politics, and has a great future ahead in debate. MBA is pleased to welcome Max and his parents, Sherrye and Kevin, to our campus and community.

July at MBA

Congratulations:

  • DEBATE NATIONAL CHAMPIONS!!! Our debate teams competing in Philadelphia at the National Forensics League Policy Debate Championships have both reached the finals. This is the first time in the 75 history of the NFL that two teams from the same high school have reached the finals. The teams of Tripp Rebrovick/ Alex Lamballe and Matt Bodnar/ Kevin Wieck held a performance debate in Philadelphia declaring themselves Co-Champions of the National Forensics League Policy De-bate.
  • After an application and interview process, Eric Bader has been appointed to the 2005/2006 Mayor's Youth Council and has also been selected as a City Liaison for the Planning Commission.
  • Sports Camps Bring Fun and Friends to MBA—MBA’s popular sports camps have been a Nash-ville summertime tradition for more than 20 years. Headed by faculty member Floyd Elliott, the camps have greatly expanded under his watch and now feature the annual All-Sports Camps as well as specialty sports camps in baseball, basketball, lacrosse, football, soccer, rifle, wrestling, tennis, track, and strength and condition-ing. The specialty camps are directed by MBA coaches. The week-long, All-Sports Camp, which allows boys to experi-ence five different activities, has just completed its third and final session of the year. Several specialty camps have already completed their sessions; however, football, rifle, soccer, tennis, and track are all coming this month.

  • DAVID MARKWORTH from Germany will be our ASSIST student next year. We will welcome him to Nashville in late August.
  • OPENING OF SCHOOL INFORMATION will be mailed July 28.
  • LIFE OF PI: One of the most creative and thought-provoking books written in recent years, this novel will be read by all students and faculty this summer. A website will soon be launched as a resource for this great book.
  • Several sessions of SAT Prep classes are underway as part of the MBA Summer School. Both Math Prep and Verbal /Writing classes are offered. Two sessions of SAT classes are set to begin on July 5 and again on August 8. Each class period is 1 hour and each session last 2 weeks. Instructors address the important changes recently made to the SAT. Limited space is available.
  • Other courses offered this summer at MBA include computer classes for middle school students, study skills classes for both middle school and high school students, and a Latin Preview designed to introduce the language to those preparing to take the important first year. Anyone interested in MBA summer school classes should mail or bring by an application with the appropriate class fee.

  • THE INMAN ALL-SPORTS AWARD: MBA was awarded the Inman Trophy for the top athletic program in the HVAC. This trophy is issued at the conclusion of every year and MBA is thew first independent school to win the award since they began giving the trophy in 1998.
  • NATIONAL MATH EXAM: Kyle Davis (2nd), Newton Allen (3rd), and Will DeLoache (9th) placed in the top ten in the state in Statistics. Jonathan Lundy took third in Algebra II.

May at MBA

Congratulations:

  • Congratulations to the MBA High School Science Olympiad Team which placed 2nd in the State on Saturday, April 2, 2005 at UT Knoxville. The Big Red Army Corps of Engineers took home medals in thirteen of the twenty-three possible events. Gold medal events include: Chemistry Lab - Andrew Pitman & Newton Allen; Forestry - David Syverud & Will Proffitt ; Practical Data Gathering - Eric Beiter & Derek Pitman; and Robot Ramble - Will Proffitt & Jason Wallace. Silver medal events were: Designer Genes - Brian Syverud & Will Colton; Physics Lab - Kevin Seitz & David Syverud; Wright Stuff - Jason Wallace & Nabil Saleh; and Disease Detective – Brian Syverud & Will Colton. Bronze medal events include: Cell Biology – Brian Syverud & Will Colton; Dynamic Planet – Kevin Seitz & Derek Pitman; Experimental Design – Eric Beiter, Jonathon Lundy, & Derek Pitman; Forensics – Newton Allen & Nabil Saleh; and Remote Sensing – Kevin Seitz & Jason Wallace.
  • MBA’s Junior School Science Olympiad Team also had a successful day, winning medals in six events in their second ever showing in the state middle school competition. Gold medal events include: Dynamic Planet – Chunbum Park & Robert McNeilly; and Science Crime Busters – Patrick Clarke & Ben Weakley. Zach Sternberg & Nicholas Caprioli won silver medals in Compute This. Bronze medals were won in: Bottle Rockets – Andrew Holmgren & Kevin Carr; Sounds of Music – Wyatt Redd & Vic Goetz; and Storm the Castle – Clayton Cothran and Robert McNeilly.
  • 10th grader Matt Kimball received a Silver Award in the National Scholastics Art Competition.
  • 11th grader John Lee won a scholarship to participate in the Experiment in International Living program in France in June!!
  • The Spanish Department is pleased to announce the formation of MBA's own chapter of the Sociedad Honoraria Hispánica, sponsored by the American Association of Teachers of Spanish and Portuguese, making us one of 1,600 schools in the United States with an official chapter. The purpose of the Sociedad is to recognize outstanding achievement in scholarship and service in the are of Hispanic studies, and will work to foster a greater understanding of Spanish language, history, and culture in our community. April at MBA

Congratulations

  • MBA’s MathCounts team won first place in the State of Tennessee! The team members are Kenji Alexander, Brian Swenson, Karl Mecklenborg, and Connor Shope.
  • MBA had several boys distinguish themselves on the AMC 10 (American Mathematics Competition for 10th graders and below) and AMC 12 (for 12th graders and below) exams given during the first week of February. Jonathan Lundy scored the highest score (115.5) in the school on the AMC 10. On the AMC 12, MBA had 11 boys qualify for the second round exam called the American Invitational Mathematics Exam (AIME) by achieving a score of 100 or greater on the AMC 12. They are: Will Colton -125.5; Newton Allen -124; Chad Hume - 118.5; Kyle Davis - 112.5; Will DeLoache - 111.5; Matthew Vaughn – 109; Kevin Seitz - 106.5; Brian Syverud - 106.5; Clay Cooper - 104.5; Andy Alsentzer – 103; Jake Wright – 101. Congratulations to all the boys for their achievements.
  • At the District 3 Tennessee High School Speech and Drama League competition on March 11, "Jim Thorpe, All-American" won first in the Interpreters Theater division. The play now advances to represent the District at the State Tournament held in Cookeville on April 15. Cast and crew members include Austin Archer, Everitte Barbee, Matthew Christie, Jeff Eberle, Jim Flanagan, Derek Pendergrass, and Michael Schuller. There will be an MBA-community performance of the show during break on Wednesday, April 13, in Pfeffer Lecture Hall. MBA's one-act "Slam!" came in second place in the tournament. Nelson Berry was named Best Actor of the competition, and Brendan Mayhew was named to the All-Star Cast List. Overall in the 2-day event tournament, MBA won the 3rd-place sweepstakes trophy. Congratulations to all these students on fine performances.
  • Kenji Alexander won the Davidson County Spelling Bee and advances to the Regional Spelling Bee March 29th.
  • John Fontaine has qualified for the All-State Jazz Band weekend to be held April 13-16 downtown. He was ranked 2nd in the state for trombone.  His performance will be at 12 noon on April 16 at War Memorial Auditorium. . . . He was also selected for the Governor's School for the Arts - for trombone.  He will represent MBA this summer at MTSU for the 4-week program of intensive study in music. 
  • Four MBA varsity policy debaters have qualified to represent the State of Tennessee at the National Speech Tournament in Philadelphia this June. These seniors are Matt Bodnar, Alex Lamballe, Tripp Rebrovick, and Kevin Wieck who have all debated for four years at MBA. Jonathan Ray placed third in the Sons of the American Revolution Oratorical Contest as well as placing second in extemporaneous speaking at Emory University, site of one of the nation's largest and most competitive speech/debate tournaments. Four MBA varsity debaters reached the elimination rounds at the Harvard Debate Tournament: Jonathan Cannon, Tripp Rebrovick, Matt Clair, and Alex Lamballe. Matt and Tripp will be entering the freshman class at Harvard this fall.
  • MBA inducted 18 new members to the Cum Laude Society March 8: Seniors: Hunter Branstetter, Matt Burch, Will Colton, Will DeLoache, Matt Doster, Curtis Lane, Andrew Pitman, Pierce Sandwith, Will Smith, Caldwell Tanner. Juniors: David Downing, Kafkas Everest, Jordan Klein, John Lee, Nick Power, Kevin Seitz, Jason Wallace, David Wheeler. Faculty: Miss Sarah Ellery, Mr. Jeffrey Gouline.
  • MBA had several boys nominated for the Nashville Youth Awards: Eric Bader, Denis Bermudez, Adams Carroll, Will DeLoache, Rasha Harvey, Jay Pilkerton, and Stephanos Stroop. Will Bundy was a finalist for the Courage Award.
  • SCHOLARSHIP WINNERS: Congratulations to: senior Brock Baker who won the Morehead Scholarship to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill; Andy Alsentzer won the Ingram Scholarship for service to Vanderbilt University; Chad Hume and Andy Alsentzer have both won the Foundation Fellows Scholarship to the University of Georgia; Chad Hume won a National Merit Scholarship from the Tenet Healthcare Foundation; and Matt Doster won the Wilkins Scholarship to the University of the South (Sewanee).

  • MBA welcomes British exchange students. Andrew Ho from Winchester College will arrive March 26 and is staying with Matthew Christie. He will leave on April 12. Tom Stourton, Tom Palmer, and Alex Felton from Eton College will arrive March 31 and depart April 17. Tom and Tom are staying with Taylor Shope and Alex Felton is staying with Tyler Yarbrough. Please make every effort to make our visitors feel welcome. We also welcome two German exchange students. Daniel Müller who is staying with Will Whitson and Fabian Müller who is staying with John and Stephen Rocco. These boys arrive March 30 and depart April 19.

The panel will be led by the Harpeth Hall Dad's Network and the MBA Father's Club. The program will take place at Harpeth Hall in theRichards Room of the Patton Visual Arts Center.
  • On Thursday, April 21, MBA will recognize Founders Day with the return of the Vann Webb Race—a “Chariots of Fire” style race with each high school class represented by its best runner.

Congratulations

  • Congratulations to the 7th grade basketball team for an outstanding season. They finished first place in CPA's end of the year tournament. They ended the season 18-2, and one of their losses was to an 8th grade team.
  • MBA’s Junior School competed against sixteen teams and won 1st place at the Regional Science Olympiad competition held Saturday, February 19, 2005 at MTSU. MBA placed in the top four in 19 out of 23 possible events and won a total of 51 individual medals. Medal winners include: Clayton Cothran, Robert McNeilly, Chunbum Park, Karl Mecklenborg, Austin Archer, Andrew Holmgren, Zach Sternberg, Kevin Carr, Patrick Sweeney, Neil Ryan, Richard Wall, Nicholas Caprioli, Richard Putnam, Shep Patterson, Wyatt Redd, Ben Weakley, Vic Goetz, Gray Taylor, Mitchell Lukens, Patrick Clarke, Sam Page, Michael Nunan, and Matt Vanek.
  • MBA’s High School team competed against fourteen teams and won 2nd place at the Regional Science Olympiad. MBA placed first in 11 out of 23 events and won a total of 33 individual medals.     Both teams qualified to compete at the State Science Olympiad competition (Saturday, April 2, 2005) at UT Knoxville.
  • The MBA wrestlers just competed in the 2005 TSSAA State Individual Tournament over the weekend. The team came away with 9 individual medal winners and finished 5th place as a team. Medal winners: Elliott Suter, John Michael Simpson, Patrick Bradlwy, Michael Herron, Wes McKeithan, Justin Hall, Ben Bellet, Chambliss Shillinglaw, and Brooks Tate. The year was a great success with many victories over the year. The senior class did an outstanding job leading this team to a great year. Senior wrestlers are: Patrick Bradley, Matt Bubis, Chambliss Shillinglaw, Ben Turk and Chris Woolsey.
  • The Mathcounts team, coached by Maggie Qian, placed 1st in the Nashville area contest on Saturday, Feb. 12th. Team members were Brian Swenson, Kenji Alexander, Karl Mecklenborg, and Chunbum Park. The team will advance to the state contest on March 19. Way to go Mathcrobes!!!!

  • Congratulations to Matthew Clair—selected as the winner of a National Achievement Scholarship!!
  • Congratulation to the inaugural MBA Junior School Swimming and Diving team. This team dominated local and regional competition. They finished their season by placing 2nd in the Southeastern Middle School Swimming and Diving Championships. Nice work!
    The Varsity MBA Swimming and Diving team is riding high as Region Champions (first time since 2000). MBA is looking forward to State Championships with one of the strongest teams in 6 years. State meet promises to be an exciting competition as MBA brings 3 individual Region champions and 1 Championship relay.

January at MBA

Congratulations:

  • John Fontaine (10th) recently participated in the Middle Tennessee State Band and Orchestra Association 9MTSBOA) MidState Competition at McGavock High School. John earned first chair trombone int he MidState Jazz Band. He also placed fifth out of more than seventy trombones for the MidState Concert Band. John will represent MBA at the MidState Concert and Jazz Band weekends in January 2005 at MTSU.
  • Michael Nunan (8th) was selected for the All Middle Tennessee Middle School Band!
  • Dateline MBA: High School Bowling Action: Make room on the MBA" Sports Wall of Fame". Sophomore, Will Freeman rolled a perfect game: 300. 12 strikes in one game. The quadruple turkey. This feat lead to an easy victory for theB ig Red over the pesky MTCS Cougers 24-3 at Smyrna Bowling Lanes on December 2, 2004. Will put the team on his shoulders and led the team to a 7-1 lead after the first game. The day belonged to Will Freeman. It was all high fives and back slaps as December 2, 2004 becomes a historic day in Big Red Sports History. Will Freeman rolled the first perfect game in MBA bowling history.
  • MBA is proud to announce that the following seniors have been recognized by the College Board as Advanced Placement (AP) Scholars: Scholars -- Hunter Branstetter, Jonathan Gotterer, Jared Hobbs, Tripp Rebrovick, and Josh Sumislawski. 11 Members of the Class of 2004 also received this distinction.   • Emory University's Barkley Forum 50th Anniversary Tournament will be held Jan. 28-30. Several MBA debaters will be participants in this historic event in Atlanta!
  • Congratulations to the 2004-2005 Varsity Football Team for a great, 9-3 season! Bryant Hahnfeldt was named Mr. Football as Kicker of the Year for all schools public or private. Joseph Birdsong was nominated for Lineman of the Year. Jay Pilkerton will play football at Yale next year, and Joseph Birdsong will play for Wake Forrest! December at MBA

Congratulations!

  • Congratulations to Benedict Broy (our German exchange student who plays the violin) winner of the Nashville Youth Symphony Concerto Competition - he will be the featured soloist at the Youth Symphony's final concert in May!!
  • In the vocal area, Nick Luna, Pete Long-Innes, and John Turner were among the 250 singers (out of 1600 high school students auditioning) selected to sign in the Mid-State Chorus in February. In addition to the Mid-State, Long-Innes and Turner were selected as 2 of the 80 singers that will go on to the All-State Chorus in April.
  • More kudos to John Turner and Sam Moon - featured in a joint concert with Harpeth Hall and members of the Nashville Symphony. In addition, John Turner will make his professional oboe debut next Spring, playing the Teleman oboe concerto with members of the Nashville Symphony. This professional chamber orchestra will join MBA, Harpeth Hall and St. Cecilia in our annual combined concert. MBA is also well represented (with approximately one dozen students) in the The Nashville Youth Symphony Orchestra.
  • On Thursday, November 11, MBA's Hispanic Achievers Program and the students were recognized for the 3rd year in a row for their work and involvement with the Hispanic community of Nashville. Leaders of the Nashville business community, MBA parents, government, Republican Party representatives and Hispanic leaders were present. MBA, Harpeth Hall and Brentwood Academy participate in this program. The Hispanic Achievers Program of the YMC of Middle TN gave an award to only one student, an MBA student, Dennis Bermudez. This award is for his participation and commitment for the last three years (he hasn't missed a single day) and gave 50 hours of his time during last summer to do volunteer work for the Hispanic Achievers Program at the YMCA of Harding Place. Deniz Bermudez also received the Youth Leadership Award from The YMCA of Middle TN last Spring 2004.
  • Debate Team Kudos: The Debate Team won first place overall debate sweepstakes in Birmingham at the Homewood Patriot Debate Classic. Individual honors went to Alex Lamballe as top varsity policy debater, Robert Awh as top novice policy debater, and to Corey Metzman as second place novice Lincoln-Douglas debater.
  • Many thanks to the Jazz Band for the great entertainment at our games and the wonderful concert on Sunday, Nov. 7!!
  • Congrats to Newton Allen for finishing 1st in the state on the AMC 10 exam last Spring (American Mathematics Contest for 10th graders and below)!
  • Congratulations to the Microbe Soccer Team for winning the HVAC championship with a 3-1 victory over Ensworth. In the championship game, Houston Oldham, Branson Morris, and Reed Stanberry scored the goals to capture the league title. For the season, the team was 11-0-1, the only blemish being a tie with Woodland Middle School. During this outstanding season, the team scored 53 goals while surrendering only four goals for the entire season. This outstanding defense was led by goalies Michael Nunan and George Curtis, as well as the tremendous back four of Baker Mulherin, Andrew Fletcher, Will Overton, and Brandon Dockery. All HVAC honors went to leading scorers Matt Wieck and Houston Oldham and to defensive stalwarts Baker Mulherin and Brandon Dockery.

Don't miss the MBA / Harpeth Hall production of Blood Wedding, a true story of unrequited love, jealousy, revenge and murder. Set at an Andalucian wedding in southern Spain in the early 1930's, this tale explores a village feud and how it affects the two families involved. Employing rhythmic lines, surreal scenes of suggested violence, highly emotional interplay and minimalist scenery, this play drives relentlessly to its inevitable tragic ending. Blood Wedding opens on Thurs, Dec. 1 at 7:30pm, and continues Fri. And Sat. At 8:00pm, ending with a matinee Sun., Dec. 5 at 2:00pm in MBA's Paschall Theater.

  • On Sunday, November 21 at 7:00 p.m. Harpeth Hall, assisted by members of the Nashville Symphony Orchestra, is joining forces with MBA and St. Mary's School, Memphis to present a concert of choral and instrumental music, including selections from Handel's "Messiah". This will be a very big and exciting concert, featuring Nashville's best symphony musicians and 120 singers. It will be conducted by Nancy Turner and Joe Lee. The performance is at Frances Bond Davis Theatre at Harpeth Hall and admission is free.

  • MBA is pleased to report that the following 25 seniors have been named Commended Students in the National Merit Scholarship Program: Preston Adams, Rob Beasley, Forbes Belk, Matthew Cate, Matthew Clair, Cotton Clark, Paul Crook, Jed Crumbo, Will DeLoache, Matthew Doster, Chris Gioia, Jonathan Gotterer, James Hollis, Davis Martin, Ravi Mishra, Ben Norton, Andrew Pitman, Jonathan Ray, Tripp Rebrovick, Barton Sanders, Pierce Sandwith, Will Smith, Grant Thomas, Scott Vaughn, and Jon Waldo.
  • MBA is also pleased to report that Matthew Clair has been named a Semifinalist in the National Achievement Scholarship Program for talented Black American high school students.
  • The Varsity Cross Country Team won the Metro Cross Country Championships at the Steeplechase on October 21. The unexpected win was lead by Brock Baker ('05), who finished third, and Tyler Ramsden ('08) who finished eighth. Other varsity runners, all of whom were in the top 35, were Bracey Wilson ('06), David Reynolds ('06), Stockton Beveridge ('07), Andrew Pitman ('05), and Hayes Arnold ('07). The JV team won the JV City Championship for the 27th consecutive time, lead by individual Champion Barton Sanders ('05).
  • The MBA Debate Team had a strong showing in October. Seniors Tripp Rebrovick and Alex Lamballe placed first at the New Trier Invitational Tournament in Chicago. Also, at the Heart of Texas Invitational at the St. Mark's School in Dallas, MBA, for the first time, cleared three teams to the elimination rounds. Rebrovick and Lamballe reached the quarter final rounds, and the teams of Kevin Wieck and Matt Bodnar and Jonathan Cannon and Matt Clair reached the double-octo final rounds. Additionally, the sophomore team of Kyle Davis and Jamie Berk reached the semi final rounds in the Junior Varsity division. The team has great expectations for upcoming tournaments in Chicago and Atlanta.
  • Congratulations to sophomore Chase Altenbern who has been chosen as this year’s Hugh O'Brien Youth Leadership Award representative from MBA. The alternate is Adam Baker.
  • The Golf Team completed their successful season recently. Posting an 11-2 regular season, the team captured the first Region title in a number of years. MBA finished first (Rob Campbell), second (Dylan Burroughs), fourth (Trey Kendall), fifth (Jordan Keckley) and sixth (Jeff Newman) in the individual region competition. A fourth place finish in the state tournament rounded out the season, highlighted by Trey Kendall’s first round 73.

  • Spring Break Trip to Bolivia is now taking reservations. Trip open to all high school students on a first come-first served basis. This is the sixth year a group of students will be traveling to South America during Spring Break to work with children. If interested please contact Claudia Villavicencio (Ext. 312).

Welcome to 129 new students, representing 35 different schools (19 public and 16 private), and 534 returning students for MBA’s 138th year!

BACK TO SCHOOL EVENTS:

During registration, students will:

  • wear white shirt, coat and tie
  • sign the MBA register
  • be given important information about the school year, athletics, and extra-curricular activities
  • have (coat and tie) photos taken for the Roll Red Roll Call (picture book) and the yearbook
  • get the 2004-2005 student handbook and directory
  • be assigned lockers and receive athletic equipment
  • pick up parking permits (seniors, juniors, and eligible sophomores)
  • turn in required biographical forms to College Counseling (seniors)
  • ALL STUDENTS should return Schedule of Fees with check at registration.
