Dear Parents,

I wanted you to know that one week from tomorrow (Wednesday, Oct. 12th) all seniors will be attending a college application workshop while the students in grades 8-11 are taking the PSAT.

The purpose of the morning's program will be to discuss many of the important details necessary for assuring a successful college application process for each boy. Topics that we plan to cover include: the college essay, meeting deadlines (MBA's and the colleges'), "pushing the papers", testing and score reporting, financial aid and scholarships, and using "Family Connection," plus several others.

To help us all negotiate the process to the best of our ability, please encourage your son to make the most of that morning, because the more organized and aware each student is, the smoother the process will be for us all.

The Class of 2006 is off to a great start, and we look forward to helping that continue. As always, please feel free to write or call us any time that you have questions or concerns.
